Our aim is to despatch all orders, of in-stock items placed before 3pm, on the same day. Please note, this might not be possible during busy periods, for example, immediately after Bank or Public Holidays.

We’re experts in shipping bikes, frames, parts and accessories, both new and vintage, anywhere in the world, so there’s no need to worry!

Please note that spray paint & other aerosol products can only be shipped to the following countries: United Kingdom (Including Isle of Man & Channel Islands), Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy (mainland), Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain (mainland) and Sweden.

If you change your mind about your order, you have up to 14 days to return it to us. It must be unused/unassembled and in its original packaging and condition.

For the quickest response and help with returning your item, please email our customer service team at webshop@bricklanebikes.co.uk. You’ll also find a returns slip with your delivery, which you can complete and send your item(s) back directly. Once we have received your returns, we will provide a full refund within 5 working days. We regret that we cannot cover the cost of postage of  items back to us.
