If you order an item that is in stock before 2pm Monday-Friday, we will do our best to dispatch the goods on the same day. Please note, this might not be possible during busy periods, for example, immediately after Bank or Public Holidays. All orders are sent out for a Monday to Friday delivery.

For transit reasons all complete bikes are shipped 85% assembled. In order to make the bicycle road worthy a professional bike mechanic must check it and have all parts supplied assembled according to local regulations.

Please note that spray paint & other aerosol products can only be shipped to the following countries: United Kingdom (Including Isle of Man & Channel Islands), Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy (mainland), Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain (mainland) and Sweden.

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us. Returned items must be in their original packaging and must be undamaged, unused and not trial fitted. Clothing must be unworn and unwashed with tags on if supplied. Shoes must be unworn with no dirt on the sole (or elsewhere) and must come with the original box.
