Each sachet provides a high level of 24g carbs, three electrolytes and 75mg caffeine, best taken before or during a workout. Healthspan use a dual combination of carbohydrates using a 2:1 Maltodextrin Fructose mix that provides a concentrated source of fuel when you need it the most.
