The all new 2019 BLB Notorious 03 is a full carbon clincher tri-spoke wheel with a carbon braking surface. Rolling on smooth sealed bearings for minimal resistance and twinned with its aerodynamic profile for low levels of wind resistance.

The Notorious 03 are produced using the most advanced carbon technology for maximum rigidity, lightweight and performance.

For riders with rim brakes we recommend using Kool Stop pads for carbon rims.
